how i can write marathi

when i try to write in marathi, ther was not marathi font..

Can you please register yourself first in Marathi wikipedia? So we would know whom we are dealing with.

The article needs a bit of cleanup (spelling, structure) etc. before it's ready to be the featured article. I have already started on this. It would be great if more cleanup is done.

A worthy candidate nonetheless.

On a side note, we have a number of articles that have detailed and useful information, thanks to विजय, संभाजीराजे, Don, and other members. Well done guys, let's continue.

Need volunteer to maintain Cricketer info

Hi,

The cricketers section on marathi wikipedia needs a bit of structure and enhancements. User:maihudon, myself and some others have been contributing to this end but I suspect this section might become too much for one or two people to handle. We need more contributors/ideas.

If anyone (including Don) would like to step up, pls let us know so we can initiate specific discussions about some ideas I have been kicking around.

सर्वांना नमस्कार!

तसं मी नाव बऱ्याच दिवसांपूर्वी नोंदवलं होतं, पण आज पहिलं किरकोळ योगदान केलं. 'मराठवाडा' या लेखातील शुद्धलेखनाच्या चुका दुरुस्त केल्या. पण 'औरंगाबाद शहर' हा लेख संपादित करत असताना माझ्याकडून काहीतरी चूक झालेली दिसतेय. 'जनसंख्या' (लोकसंख्या) व 'दूरभाष' (दूरध्वनी) या हिंदी शब्दांना मी बदलायला गेलो आणि तिथे असलेले आकडे final output मध्ये दिसेनासे झाले.

अभय नातू, कृपया मदत करा. आपल्याशी संपर्क कसा साधू?

मला तुम्ही anatu@yahoo.com येथे ई-मेल पाठवू शकता. किंवा याहूवर एक ग्रुप mr-wiki असा आहे. तेथील सदस्यांकडूनही मदत होउ शकते.

आपण जर का आपले सदस्य-पान तयार केलेत तर आपण येथे (विकिपिडीयावर) सुद्धा संवाद साधू शकतो. आपण संदेश लिहिल्यावर जर ~~~~ असे शेवटी लिहिलेत तर आपले सदस्य नाव, इत्यादी आपोआप येथे उमटतात.

आशिष, विकिपिडीया मध्ये काही सर्व साधारण साचे common templates वापरण्याची सोय असते.कोणत्याही लेखातील साच्याचा मुख्य भागात बदल करावयाचे झाल्यास संबधीत साचाच बदलावा लागतो.तुम्ही सुचवलेला बदल योग्य वाटल्यामुळे मी संबधीत साचा Template:भारतीय शहर बदलला आहे. हा बदल हा साचा वापरलेल्या सर्व लेखांमध्ये आपोआप होइल.

• Category Templates या शब्दांचे मराठी रुपांतरण शक्य आहे काय. आणि 'विशेष पृष्ठे' वरुन सध्या 'न वापरलेले साचे'ची लिंक आहे ,सोबतच 'Category Templates'किंवा 'सर्व साचे' येथे सरळ पोहोचणे सुलभ होइल असा दुवा लिंक द्यावी हि नम्र विंनती.

मराठी विकिपिडीयाच्या वापराबद्दलचा विकिपीडिआ:परिचय हा लेख नवीन (व जुन्याही) सदस्यांना उपयुक्त ठरेल असे मला वाटते. या लेखाच्या संदर्भास मुखपृष्ठावर कोठेतरी जागा द्यावी असे माझे मत आहे. आपणास काय वाटते?

In 'welcome section' of main-page, 'wikipedia' is second word which takes to article विकिपीडिआ:परिचय. Apart from that in 'about section' of main-page, there is a link to the article. I would suggest to merge first two words and to point to the article. e.g. मराठी भाषेतील विकिपीडिआमध्ये.
